Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • IMPORTANT an only defective item can be offered to exchange or replacement. We will not be liable to the buyer’s any damages and loss beyond the order amount that the buyer has paid us.
  • you have 7 days to contact us and 30 days return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 business days not including 2-5 business days processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • all returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return and your purchase number.
  • We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.
  • Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half. We will bear all the shipping cost if the product (s) is (are) not as advertised.
  • The buyer should pay the shipping fee for return in any situation except our faults.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

You can submit refund requests within:

  • 10 business days after the order is delivered;
  • 30 business days since your order was placed. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
